MSMEs are the overwhelming majority of employers in the Caribbean and the least served by business software. They are too small to carry a finance team, an agency retainer or a full-time receptionist, and too busy to do that work themselves at night. That is the gap we build into.
We also build for the practices that serve them. Accountants and bookkeeping firms run CaribBooks across their client book, review the work from a partner dashboard, and stop doing data entry for it.

Why the company exists
The people this was built for are not behind. They run entire businesses from a single phone — taking orders, answering customers, posting, chasing payments, keeping the books — and they do it well. What they have never had is technology built around any of it.

For businesses: Micro at USD $69/month (up to 100 transactions/mo), Small at USD $119/month (up to 300 transactions/mo), Medium at USD $299/month (up to 2,000 transactions/mo). For accounting partners managing multiple clients: Starter at USD $99/month (up to 300 transactions pooled), Growth at USD $169/month (up to 1,000 transactions pooled), Professional at USD $329/month (up to 3,000 transactions pooled). Paying yearly takes 10% off. There is no USD $39.50 plan.
Does CaribBooks work in Jamaica?
Yes. CaribBooks was built in Jamaica for Jamaican and wider Caribbean businesses. It handles Jamaican dollars, GCT and TRN compliance, understands English and Jamaican patois, and is designed for cash-heavy trade where no bank feed exists. CaribNexus AI is based in Montego Bay.
